Every Monday morning for the rest of your life, read your goals and then write out your "to-do list" for this week. Dump all your tasks on the page. Then decide which are your A's B's and C's. Then prioritise the A's B's and C's and get to work on your A1 then your A2 and so on. This will set you up for an amazing week and build your self-esteem faster than anything else. Keep asking yourself the critical question - "What is the best use of my time right now?"
