The use of Motiv8 alongside other courses can also be mapped to a set of learning outcomes from the QCA Progression Award entitled “Developing Personal Development Skills Level 1&2”.

ASDAN Accreditation
The GOALS and Motiv8 programmes are accredited at Entry level and level 1.
GOALS and Motiv8 are worth either two or three credits each. The completed course is worth two credits and the course + completing the 30-day follow-up toolbox for three credits.
GOALS and Motiv8 can also be used as part of a bigger ASDAN accreditation – e.g. the Bronze or Silver awards or the Certificate of Personal Effectiveness (CoPE).
GOALS and Motiv8 programmes can be used to provide credits towards bigger programmes which may be funded or have other benefits. Some examples of these bigger programmes are the Bronze/Silver Award, FE (Further Education) Level Up Award, FE Level 1 Award, Challenge Award, CoPE Level 1. GOALS and Motiv8 will be worth a part of the credits required towards these bigger programmes - e.g. three credits in a 12-credit award.
