Agency Feedback
“A first class programme which everybody would benefit from (regardless of position).”

“A lot of young people allow themselves to be defeated easily. They tend to accentuate the negatives about their lives – no money, no roof over their head, a dispute with their parents, a bad experience at school – and it makes them feel fatalistic about their future prospects. Motiv8 hits the button. We run fortnightly sessions for young people who are NEET (not in Employment, Education or Training). They are given a reason to go out and make something of their lives.”
Alex More, Connexions Woolwich
“I wasn’t entirely sure the course would work but when I watched it being delivered to a group of young people I was amazed! The young people are so enthusiastic; they a really got involved and participated well. A lot of them left school without qualifications and all they expect is signing on. We can arrange job interviews for them but raising their self esteem and motivation makes all the difference.”
Shereen, Training/Careers Advisor
“When people first come on the programme they are slightly antagonistic and withdrawn. During the programme you see them come out of themselves. I see people after the course and ask them what they’ve gained. Invariably, they say it made them think about themselves in ways they hadn’t thought before and it gives them the tools they need to build a better future.”
